2025 Annual General Meeting

We are returning to an in-person Annual General Meeting this year! As a member of PenFinancial Credit Union, you are also an owner – and this is your chance to learn about what our co-operative is up to. We will be sharing PenFinancial’s 2024 successes, celebrating the impact we’ve had on our community over the past year, and talking about our plans for the coming year. You’ll hear from members of our Board of Directors and senior leaders of PenFinancial.

Business Session^*

The Board will present to the members:

• The audited financial statements of the credit union
• The report of the Auditor
• The report of the Audit Committee
• Such further information respecting the financial position of the credit union and the results of its operations as the Board determines should be presented to the members

*Advance information will be available for all members upon request after April 1, 2025. The information will contain our Credit Union’s audited financial statements, and other relevant information.

Annual Report

In 2023, we navigated a changing financial landscape with resilience, delivering strong results while staying true to our commitment to our Members, employees, and our community. We enhanced security, streamlined operations, and introduced new products and services to better meet your needs. Through our Truly Local Commitment, we gave back in meaningful ways, supporting local organizations and logging over 1,250 volunteer hours. But most importantly, we remained focused on delivering exceptional service and financial guidance to help our Members succeed.

The 2024 Annual Report will be available in April 2025.
